Courses/Learning/Workshops
After some demonstrations at White Chalk Gallery I had lots of requests for courses and workshops - so I ran some sessions. Having given up a career in adult and higher education to paint more, I found I sill love helping people to learn.
Every September I run several one day taster sessions in painting with oil and cold wax medium followed by longer courses in the autumn and spring. I also offer bespoke 1:1 sessions and courses for small groups by appointment throughout the year.
For dates of my next open course or to discuss a 1:1 or small group session please email me
Occasional demos take place in galleries and during Marlborough Open Studios every July – keep an eye on my News.

just wanted to say thanks for your very inspiring class on Thursday. I was nervous about coming but I needn’t have worried because you made it such a friendly environment. I would love to come back and do some more.

Just to say thank you again for a really helpful and enjoyable taster session yesterday- it has reawakened my interest in oils and their versatility. The work everyone produced was very impressive.

I have attended one of Jacqueline’s workshops.Firstly her studio is wonderful , so light and spacious with all her beautiful work around the walls. She is a very inspiring teacher .. very experimental with the materials and a free approach to her teaching . The cold wax technique she uses and teaches is so versatile and experimental and can be used in many di*erent types of art work. I am now a convert !She is a lovely open minded and open hearted person and a warm welcome awaits you!I could not recommend her courses enough.

Honestly you don’t need to change anything, loved the day, good pace, good content, good company. It was generous to give us little pots of supplies which I look forward to using.
